"Nothing?" Xing En said. "Other than glowing, I think it's just an ordinary stone."
"That makes no sense. I can sense the endless energy contained within this stone. Once you held it, your strength should have undergone a qualitative leap, yet you had no reaction at all," Uchiha Madara said.
"I really didn't feel anything," Xing En said with a smile. "I think it might be because I don't have many desires in my heart, while the condition for triggering the energy within this stone is one's inner desires."
"So to me, this thing is just an ordinary stone. It has no practical use whatsoever," Xing En said with a smile.
"That is indeed possible," Uchiha Madara said.
"Alright then. Since there's nothing left inside the cave entrance, I'll have the mages seal it again," Xiao Sang said.
"Is that necessary?" Xing En asked, looking at Xiao Sang. "Since there's nothing in there anymore, wouldn't it be better for us Night Elves to make use of such a huge space? It would be nice even as a warehouse."
"You really dare to imagine things. Who knows why a glowing stone appeared in there? Who knows whether a second one might appear?" Xiao Sang said. "For safety's sake, we must seal it now, even if there's nothing inside."
"This is all for future safety. That's what a leader should do," Uchiha Madara said as he looked at Xing En. "No wonder Xiao Sang will become your queen someday. Other than having no dreams, you don't seem to have much brains either."
"I truly don't have that talent," Xing En said with a smile.
"It's getting late. I've had food prepared, so after we eat, we can head back and rest," Xiao Sang said. "You two have both worked hard today."
