Carter Binda looked at the large black bird not far ahead. Though it had crashed into his ice wall, its body still seemed to be twitching continuously. After so long, it had somehow not yet breathed its last.
What amazed Carter Binda even more was that a small head was growing beside the black bird's neck. The tiny black head had only poked out a little from its neck, but it was obvious that, given time, the bird would grow a second head.
"What a pity," Carter Binda said. "These demonized creatures have to endure the mutations in their own bodies. Looking at what they've become, Magic Stones truly are evil things."
The black bird slowly got to its feet. The small head growing from its neck had now emerged much farther.
"It looks like it's about to grow two heads. And after the real bird head died, this smaller head began growing at a very fast rate," Uchiha Madara said.
"I suspect that this demonized creature may still retain a trace of its own consciousness. Once that little black bird head fully grows out, it will be completely demonized. So the large bird head must be desperately trying to stop itself from being demonized," Carter Binda said.
"But it has no way to stop it. The demonization is happening far too quickly," Carter Binda said. "And once the real bird dies, this body will probably be controlled by a demon."
