"I was only carrying out the Queen's orders. I never cared what the two of you did wrong, or what merits you might have," Ximaida said.
"As long as the Queen tells me to kill you, I will obey her," Ximaida said.
"If you disobeyed the Queen's orders, what punishment would the Queen give you?" Harinod asked as he looked at Ximaida.
Before Ximaida could answer, Harinod laughed and said, "Of course, there's only one answer: your Queen would kill you."
"But have you considered that if you keep fighting my little brother, your final outcome will be about the same," Harinod said.
"Either way, I'll die." Ximaida looked at Harinod and asked, "That's what you're trying to say, isn't it?"
"It seems you're a smart person. That's exactly my point. Since death awaits you either way, why not seek a way to stay alive?" Harinod said with a smile.
"Not necessarily. What if I can survive?" Ximaida said.
"The Queen's punishment for me won't be that severe." Ximaida smiled. "Besides, war is about to begin. The Queen won't kill me at a time like this."
"The two of you definitely won't be able to get out," Ximaida said to Uchiha Madara and Harinod. "There isn't just one person inside here. There are already many ambushes waiting for you outside."
"There are even more outside?" Harinod said to Ximaida. "The people of your country truly are too treacherous. I can see through you all now."
"You'd better understand one thing: this was never our country's fault from the beginning," Ximaida said.
"We had been getting along quite well, and we had even prepared things to help you leave," Ximaida said.
"It really was our fault," Uchiha Madara said.
"This matter isn't your country's fault, and it certainly isn't your fault."
