"All right." Uchiha Madara smiled. "Since you put it that way, we'll charge based on the job."
"I need you to do me a small favor," Uchiha Madara told the owner. "I have to head to the Royal City right away, but I need some blood from black animals. Can you find it for me? The more, the better."
"Black animals?" The owner thought for a moment. "As long as they have black fur, right?"
Uchiha Madara nodded. "That's right. As long as they're black. They have to be completely black."
"Name your price. Even if you have to buy them from others, it'll cost you quite a bit," Uchiha Madara said.
"Then forty silver coins will do." The owner smiled at Uchiha Madara. "I've taken out the money for my own legwork. Consider it my contribution to the country."
"Then take this gold coin first." Uchiha Madara smiled. "You need capital to buy things, after all. Just return whatever money is left over."
"I don't know anything about prices around here, and I don't know how much those black-furred animals cost, so just buy as much as you can. If it isn't enough, I'll give you more," Uchiha Madara said.
The owner had not expected Uchiha Madara to give him so much money. A single gold coin was enough for him to live on for many years.
"It'll definitely be enough," the owner told Uchiha Madara. "It'd be enough even if we hauled in every black-furred animal in the whole city."
"Then I'll leave it to you," Uchiha Madara said.
"The sooner, the better," Uchiha Madara added.
The owner took Uchiha Madara's money and hurried off.
Seeing the owner like that, Uchiha Madara felt a little helpless. This man
