"No, no," Uchiha Madara quickly said. "I can just find somewhere to stay myself, and anything to eat will do."
"That won't do. A mage's body is precious—how could you possibly make do with just anything?" Chayin Lianji said.
"Then listen to your brother today and stay here. How could I possibly treat you poorly?" Chayin Lianji said with a smile. "Besides, we hit it off right away. There's still much I want to talk to you about."
"You came all the way from such a distant place, so you must have seen many local customs and plenty of beautiful scenery along the way. How could you keep something so wonderful all to yourself? Share it with me tonight," Chayin Lianji said with a smile.
After hearing Chayin Lianji's words, Uchiha Madara knew he had no way to refuse.
But Uchiha Madara could not understand why Chayin Lianji wanted to keep him here. What other motive did he have?
Uchiha Madara felt that he had already said it: if there was anything they needed help with, they only had to say so, and he certainly would not stand by and do nothing. Yet even after he had made that clear, why did Chayin Lianji still insist on keeping him?
