Nili Yaxi felt that although this thing was not meant for her, she was still extremely curious. Yet the man before her did not even spare it a glance.
"Once something like this is opened, it can't be closed again." Uchiha Madara smiled at Nili Yaxi. "Since I lack nothing right now, there's no need for me to open it."
"It's quite heavy," Nili Yaxi said.
"I understand." Uchiha Madara nodded at Nili Yaxi. "If you have nothing else to do, put it down and leave."
"Although I don't want it, I know it might not be good for you if you take it back," Uchiha Madara said.
"So, since that's the case, just put it down and go take care of your own business." Uchiha Madara smiled at Nili Yaxi. "Thank you for making the trip."
"You really are no fun," Nili Yaxi said.
Nili Yaxi sat down beside Uchiha Madara of her own accord. "How about it? Want to go out for a walk now?"
"No need." Uchiha Madara said speechlessly, "I still have things to do. Go take care of your own business. If, like yesterday, you have some unspeakable reason that keeps you from leaving, then go rest on the bed for a while."
"But today, my unspeakable reason can't be solved by resting in bed for a while," Nili Yaxi said with a smile.
Uchiha Madara knew why Chayin Lianji had sent Nili Yaxi over. It was nothing more than wanting Nili Yaxi to accompany him around the country, stroll about, waste some time, and keep him here.
"You're already so old, yet you're alone and still have no interest in me at all." Nili Yaxi looked at Uchiha Madara and asked, "Do you think I'm not pretty, or do you simply not like women?"
