Uchiha Shin was taken aback when he heard this.
"A rather interesting little child, wearing golden clothes? What was his name?" Uchiha Shin asked.
"His name was Kinkaku."

Upon hearing that name, Uchiha Shin was startled. The Fourth Princess, Ao Tingxin, had just mentioned that the child's elder was an old man.
Could it have been Taishang Lord Lao and his boy attendant Kinkaku? Uchiha Shin wondered.
"Later, while I was sitting in the courtyard, I saw this Kinkaku pass by my door. I chased after him, and then fell into the demons' ambush," the Fourth Princess continued.
Uchiha Shin understood. This was probably a scheme set by Taishang Lord Lao, but what was his purpose in doing this?
If Taishang Lord Lao truly wanted to harm the Fourth Princess, there was no need for such trouble. With his abilities, he could eliminate her without anyone noticing.
Could Taishang Lord Lao have done this just so I would save the princess? But why?
"You should be more careful from now on. Don't leave the Dragon Palace so easily," Uchiha Shin reminded her.
If Taishang Lord Lao truly intended to deal with the Fourth Princess, hiding in the Dragon Palace would not help much. Still, it was at least relatively safer.

"I should head back too."
"Alright. I'll keep this cloud iron for you. Once I have Uncle Crab finish refining it, I'll send someone to notify you."
