If Uchiha Shin wanted to kill those two, he could only do so in secret. If he killed them openly like this, not only would the Heavenly Gods of the Heavenly Court be dissatisfied, but the Three Pure Ones would not stand idly by either. After all, they were disciples of their Daoist sect.
"Immortal, I never intended to kill him with my own hands. I merely wanted to give them a little punishment. Since you are here, I'll leave these two to you. Take them to the Jade Emperor and make sure they are severely punished," Uchiha Shin said with a faint smile.
The Barefoot Immortal nodded. "Rest assured, Mystic Spirit King. I will report everything truthfully to His Majesty and have him punish the two of them."
Uchiha Shin then had someone take the two of them away.
When Nezha and Uchiha Shin met, neither knew what to say for a moment.
They had once been very good friends, but because of Li Jing's affairs, their meeting had become somewhat awkward.
Still, Nezha held no resentment toward Uchiha Shin, nor was he angry. Uchiha Shin had done nothing wrong; the one at fault was his father.
"Brother Shin, I've caused you trouble," Nezha said helplessly.
Uchiha Shin patted Nezha on the shoulder. "Don't say that."
"Don't worry, Brother Shin. I'll definitely persuade my father," Nezha said.
After leaving Uchiha Shin, Nezha went to see his father. His father was in his tent, but many Heavenly Soldiers stood guard around it, forbidding him from entering or leaving.
"Father." Nezha entered and looked at his father, his heart filled with bitterness.
"Father has suffered, yet your son is powerless to help and cannot bear it in your stead.
