He had a human head and a fish's body, though he did have a pair of arms.
The little merman held a trident, his blue eyes rolling as he stared at Uchiha Shin.
"You are?" Uchiha Shin asked.
"I'm Sea Spirit. I guard Kuafu Spring. You can call me Little Merman," the little fellow said.
Uchiha Shin smiled. "Since you guard Kuafu Spring, where is it? I need it right now."
Sea Spirit said, "Kuafu Spring is dwindling more and more. One day, it will surely disappear, so I can't just give it to anyone. If you want it, you have to agree to one condition."
"Go ahead."
Sea Spirit said, "Give me some of your cultivation so I can agree."
Uchiha Shin considered it, then agreed.
Giving him some cultivation was nothing. He could always cultivate it back later.
"I forgot to tell you: you need to give me fifty percent of your cultivation." Sea Spirit continued, staring at Uchiha Shin.
Uchiha Shin froze. "Are you extorting me? I only want a little Kuafu Spring water, yet you're asking for so much of my cultivation. Everyone earns their cultivation through hard work, and you want to take it away so casually. Have you no shame?"
Sea Spirit crossed his arms. "That's my price. Take it or leave it. If you don't want it, get lost!"
"Well, well! You're tiny, but you've got quite the temper." Uchiha Shin stood up and looked down at Sea Spirit.
Sea Spirit grew furious and flew out of the sea, facing Uchiha Shin.
Uchiha Shin smiled. "If I defeat you, can I have Kuafu Spring?"
Sea Spirit laughed. "With your strength, you can't hurt me at all!"
