Uchiha Shin looked at the little merman and noticed that he seemed to have something on his mind.
"The past is the past. You don't need to worry so much. After all, this happened many years ago," Uchiha Shin comforted him.
"A person should keep their eyes ahead instead of lingering in the past and losing themselves in memories."
As he said this, Uchiha Shin suddenly felt as though he were trying to persuade Shopkeeper Yang.
The little merman looked into the distance, then turned to Uchiha Shin. "You've already obtained Kuafu Spring. Why haven't you left?"
"I'll wait a little longer. The place where the sun rises is too hot right now. Once the sun moves west and is about to set, it'll be farther from here, so it'll be safer for me to go then," Uchiha Shin said with a smile.
The little merman nodded and said no more.
Lying on a rock, Uchiha Shin said, "Little merman, I want to ask you something. Back then, why did Kuafu chase the sun? And why did he... fall here?"
The little merman looked at Uchiha Shin. "Kuafu was not truly chasing the sun to kill it. The sun had been controlled by someone, and he was chasing after it to save it. After all, the sun being controlled affected the entire human world."
"Oh?" Uchiha Shin was filled with surprise and confusion as he stared at the little merman. Something like that had actually happened?
This seemed different from the story of Kuafu Chasing the Sun that he knew.
"Can you tell me about it?" Uchiha Shin asked.
"There's nothing much to tell. There is a strange and powerful creature in the sea called a sea ghost. The sea ghost accidentally took control of the sun and threw the
