"Sea Ghost has gone to East Blue," Jiang Ziyi said.
Uchiha Shin nodded. It seemed Sea Ghost knew he could not obtain the Wuji Apricot Yellow Banner, so he had returned to East Blue.
Sea Ghost could not leave the sea and could only move along coastal areas, which was why he could not enter Skybreak Cliff to obtain the Apricot Yellow Banner.
