The Wang siblings arrived at the pavilion and saw Patriarch Bodhi, as well as Taishang Laojun.
However, they did not recognize Taishang Laojun.

"Many thanks to Patriarch Bodhi for making this possible." As he spoke, Taishang Laojun rose to his feet and walked toward the Wang siblings.
Yet the siblings seemed somewhat restrained. They backed away and hid behind Wuchenzi.
"Wang Wu, Wang Xiuxiu, the two of you should go with Laojun. He will not harm your lives," Patriarch Bodhi said, looking at the two of them.
Wang Xiuxiu and Wang Wu nodded. They still trusted Patriarch Bodhi.
Laojun smiled faintly and reached out to take Wang Xiuxiu away.
But Wang Wu's expression suddenly changed, his eyes filling with rage.
Then he attacked Taishang Laojun.
Taishang Laojun merely smiled. With a light sweep of the whisk in his hand, Wang Wu was rendered unable to move.
At this moment, the Enlightened Beast within Wang Wu's body had awakened and was trying to protect Wang Xiuxiu.
Wang Wu had barely acted before Laojun subdued him, and Wang Xiuxiu did not notice anything unusual about her brother.
