Both Yuanshi Tianzun and Tongtian Cult Leader felt uneasy. Even Lao Jun, who had once controlled the trajectory of chaos itself, had failed to notice it. Whoever had hidden it had concealed it incredibly deeply.
"Just who was manipulating Goku from behind the scenes? Why was he so powerful?" Tongtian Cult Leader asked.
Taishang Laojun said, "Goku's appearance was Zhenyuan Daxian's doing, but these attributes of Goku's were not created by Zhenyuan Daxian. Perhaps even Zhenyuan Daxian himself did not know about this."
Zhenyuan Daxian truly had not known.
"Then what was going on? Could it be that Goku had developed them himself?"
Taishang Laojun shook his head. "They were not formed naturally. Someone plotted against us."
"Who was it?"
"You two junior brothers both know what Goku originally was. Tell me, who do you think plotted against us?" Taishang Laojun looked at Yuanshi Tianzun and Tongtian Cult Leader.
Both men sucked in a sharp breath. Goku had originally been a stone—the Sky-Repairing Stone Nuwa had left behind when she repaired the heavens long ago.
"Nuwa? Nuwa has already been... Nuwa's strength has already greatly declined. How could she possibly have done this? She simply could not have plotted against us." Tongtian Cult Leader found it hard to believe.
Yuanshi Tianzun was equally astonished.
Taishang Laojun said, "Precisely because of that, none of us suspected Nuwa. Yet this truly was Nuwa's doing. During my divination just now, I sensed some of Nuwa's power.
"The reason Goku was able to survive inside my Eight Trigrams Furnace this time was because he was reborn through nirvana. Nuwa's influence on him was immense. Nuwa must have been in the Ghost Soul Domain before this, controlling things from within."
"But even so, how do we explain Goku's attributes? Transcending the Three Realms and existing
