Xuanzang ran to Goku's side, looked at the Orochi that had been thrown down, and smacked his lips.
"This is the first time this humble monk has seen such a huge snake," Xuanzang said.
"What does this amount to? At most, it's just a little snake that's lived a thousand years. A true giant serpent demon can be even bigger than a mountain," Goku said from beside him.
A look of surprise appeared in Xuanzang's eyes. "There really are snakes that big? Wouldn't that make them bigger than Little White Dragon?"
Xuanzang looked again at Little White Dragon beside him.
Xuanzang had seen Little White Dragon's true form at Eagle Sorrow Stream. It was enormous, but still not as large as a mountain.
"Master Xuanzang, the Great Sage is joking with you. How could there be a snake that huge in this world?" Little White Dragon said with a smile.
The three continued onward. Two demons had just escaped, so they still needed to keep searching.
As Goku walked through the mountains, he frowned slightly. Seeing that dark-skinned demon earlier had given him a familiar feeling, as though he had seen him somewhere before.
But he could not recall it now.
Could it have been some demon he had encountered in the past? But that seemed impossible. He had seen far too many demons to have such a strong impression of one.
He did not dwell on it any longer and continued forward. No matter what kind of demon it was, if it dared show itself here, he would deal with it without hesitation.
The three traveled on until they reached a cave. It was the demons' dwelling. Before the cave entrance stood a stone slab bearing six large characters: Black Wind Mountain, Black Wind Cave.
Goku raised his Adamantine
