After Goku left, Peach Demon turned her gaze toward Uchiha Shin.
"Mystic Spirit King, why didn't you help the Great Sage?" Peach Demon asked.
"This is Flower Fruit Mountain's affair. Goku should decide everything himself. If I intervened in every matter, would Flower Fruit Mountain belong to him or to me?" Uchiha Shin said.
"You and Goku are very close; it could be said that there is no distinction between you. There would be nothing wrong with helping him make decisions in such matters. And you just said that most of Eastern Crossing Kingdom's people belong to the Three Pure Ones. That certainly wasn't something you merely heard—it must have been something you investigated yourself, Mystic Spirit King," Peach Demon added.
Uchiha Shin sat there without speaking.
"Mystic Spirit King, you must have set your sights on Eastern Crossing Kingdom long ago and investigated them, right? Otherwise, you could not possibly know so much in such detail."
Uchiha Shin smiled without replying, which was as good as admitting it.
"Then why didn't Mystic Spirit King act against Eastern Crossing Kingdom beforehand this time, instead of letting the Great Sage deal with it alone?" Peach Demon asked again. She did not quite understand this matter.
"Some things must always be faced on one's own. One cannot rely on others forever. He is the leader of Flower Fruit Mountain, so he must handle the matters that are his to handle. If I make every decision for him and manage everything for him, what would be the point?" Uchiha Shin said calmly.
After hearing this, Peach Demon understood. Uchiha Shin was doing this because he wanted Goku to stop relying on him, to stop depending on him, and to be able to resolve any problem himself instead of thinking of Uchiha Shin first
