After sitting here for a while, Six-Eared Macaque left and went to find King Yama for some fun.
He had been meditating here with Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva for quite some time and did not want to continue.
"Diting, what do you think?" Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva suddenly looked at Diting beside him.
"Bodhisattva, Six-Eared Macaque has indeed changed quite a bit lately. Could something have happened?" Diting said. He, too, felt that Six-Eared Macaque was acting strangely.
Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva said, "When I first met Six-Eared Macaque, I felt he was different from the rest, certainly no ordinary monkey. Over the years, Six-Eared Macaque has remained by our side and within our sight. I have observed him closely, and he truly gives off an unusual feeling, though I do not know exactly why.
"Recently, I have noticed that Six-Eared Macaque has been growing increasingly clever. While surprising, it is still within reason. Six-Eared Macaque and Goku should be roughly alike—both extraordinary monkeys. Goku was born a stone monkey. Then what do you think Six-Eared Macaque is?"
Diting shook his head. "I don't know either. Could Six-Eared Macaque, like the Great Sage Equaling Heaven, also be a stone monkey born of nature? Left behind by the Sky-Repairing Stone back then?"
Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva shook his head slightly. "Goku and Six-Eared Macaque are definitely not of the same kind. Goku is a stone monkey born of nature. Six-Eared Macaque should be something else."
The two discussed the matter, but reached no conclusion.
All they knew was that Six-Eared Macaque was different.
After leaving Uchiha Shin's side, Taishang Laojun and the others headed south. After flying several dozen li, Taishang Laojun stopped atop a hill.
"Laojun, why have we stopped?" Tathagata Buddha asked.
"Do you all intend to leave Crow Rooster Kingdom like this and return to
