Using the strap on the small crossbow, Mirai secured it to his left arm. This way, he could aim with his left hand in battle while keeping his right hand free to cast magic. After all, Mirai's dominant hand was his right.
Thanks to the exceptional craftsmanship of the dwarf Moffat, the small crossbow had been very well sized. Now that it was strapped to his left arm, it caused no discomfort at all.
