"Hey, what's this? It's so cute!" Just then, Granny entered the tent as well. At a glance, she spotted the Super Bubble in Mirai's hands, and her eyes lit up. Super Bubble was adorable! It looked like a weak little chick, perhaps not yet at the level of the Five Grains of War. Its round pink body, innocent big eyes, and headband were simply too cute. Granny felt her heartstrings being tugged!
However, when Super Bubble saw a stranger enter, it jumped into Mirai's arms in fright! Granny's wolf-like gaze had terrified it. What a scary woman!
"Don't be afraid, don't be afraid. That's Mirai's teacher. She's one of us!" Mirai stroked Super Bubble's head, taking quite some effort to calm it down. It had been frightened by Granny! Granny was really scary—so scary!
"Mm!" Super Bubble looked at Granny and Mirai, then nodded.
Granny finally relaxed after seeing Super Bubble's reaction. Before this, she had been captivated by how cute Super Bubble was and had temporarily forgotten to restrain herself. Seeing how frightened it was, she realized that this psychic beast was probably just a child, which was not surprising.
