Mirai and Kisame Hoshigaki faced each other across the curtain of water. Their expressions were completely different.
Mirai looked delighted. Although its power was inferior to his swordsmanship, this jutsu consumed less than half as much, and if he exchanged it through the system, it would be worth at least 30 points.
Kisame Hoshigaki's expression was grim. This was his unique jutsu, one that had taken him tremendous effort to create. Yet Mirai had apparently learned it directly just by observing his hand seals. He truly was a Prodigy!

From the shore, Uchiha Itachi watched Mirai before turning to the side. "You've watched long enough. Come out."
Itachi's words were abrupt, but after a moment, a figure slowly emerged from behind a large tree.
The newcomer had spiky silver hair, and his forehead protector slanted over one eye. It was none other than Hatake Kakashi.
"I didn't expect it to be you, Weasel."
Kakashi spoke slowly, a hint of shock visible in his eyes.
Itachi said nothing. He merely frowned, glanced at Kisame Hoshigaki, who was locked in a stalemate with Mirai, then walked to the shore and said simply, "Let's go. We can discuss Mirai another time. If we stay any longer and everyone from Konoha arrives, things will become troublesome."
"Stop!"
Kisame Hoshigaki glared at Mirai in displeasure, but he did not defy Itachi. Looking at Mirai, he said, "We'll meet here again next time."
Mirai was deeply disappointed. He wanted to stop Kisame Hoshigaki and force him to continue using ninjutsu. However, when he launched a water tornado at Kisame Hoshigaki, he did not even intend to let him dodge.
