As soon as the referee's voice fell, three students shouted and charged at Mirai. A faint smile touched his lips, but he stayed where he was. They rushed him from three directions, cutting off his escape routes, and stabbed at him with their kunai. They were furious that a first-year had looked down on them. How could they stand for that?
Bang! Mirai's body turned into a log, which dropped to the ground. The three kunai struck it, and the students stared in surprise.
Mirai had already appeared behind one of them. He kicked the boy in the back. "Aah!" The student cried out and pitched forward, landing face-down on the ground.
The other two immediately attacked Mirai again. He caught both of them by the wrists, then raised his foot and kicked them in the stomach.
"Waaah!" They screamed as they flew backward, unable to stop themselves. They rolled across the ground several times before coming to a halt. In the blink of an eye, Mirai had injured all three. Now they were on the ground, struggling to get up, but barely able to move.
The second- and third-year students were stunned. Even the second-year homeroom teacher was shocked by Mirai. It was clear that he hadn't beaten the third-years through some underhanded trick. He had defeated them head-on, relying entirely on his own strength.
Oki, the third-year homeroom teacher, looked grim. He hadn't expected the Uchiha Clan kid to be so strong. His three students hadn't been able to take down this obnoxious, arrogant brat.
