"Now isn't the time to worry about them. In truth, our chances of winning this battle are less than ten percent. The possibility of failure is extremely high." The Four Emperors were all roughly equal in strength. Back when they had dealt with Whitebeard, the Navy had gathered its strongest forces and summoned all the Seven Warlords of the Sea, yet they had still failed to win.
