Seven Warlords of the Sea

Sengoku left the Five Elders and soon entered another conference room. Inside were the officers of the Navy General Staff. Sengoku was the Fleet Admiral, known as the "Wise General," but even his decisions could not be made without the General Staff.

"Sengoku, what did the Five Elders say?" Navy Chief of Staff Tsuru asked. She, Sengoku, and Garp had joined the Navy in the same era and were old friends, so even after Sengoku became Fleet Admiral, she could still address him by name.

Sengoku took a seat at the head of the table. "The Five Elders have handed full authority over how to deal with Uchiha Ye Han to me."

"Uchiha Ye Han... he has grown far too quickly." Tsuru sighed at the mention of his name. Over the years, she had seen every kind of pirate, and she was also chiefly responsible for Naval intelligence. She knew Uchiha Ye Han's circumstances well. From his emergence to his rise, it had taken an extremely short time. He had faced death many times, yet escaped every single one. It was as though heaven itself was looking after him.

"Yes. This time, he killed Gecko Moria, one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea. The calls for him to become a Four Emperor are growing louder and louder," a staff officer said.

"The Four Emperors are merely a title. Whether or not he becomes a new Four Emperor, there is no doubt that he now commands a force nearly comparable to theirs."

"But Big Mom and Shiki certainly will not let Uchiha Ye Han become a Four Emperor so easily."

When Sengoku heard someone mention Big Mom and Shiki, his brows rose slightly. "What are Big Mom and Shiki doing?"

Tsuru answered, "Big Mom is at her headquarters on Cake
