On the streets of Konoha, a man wearing a red vest, face painted with markings, and long white hair was sizing up the women passing by. Konoha's climate and living conditions were more comfortable, so the women had more beautiful skin and figures.
"Mm, just looking isn't enough. I'll have to go to my favorite place."
As he spoke, the man began searching the street. Before long, he finally spotted his favorite place: a bathhouse called "XXXX."
"Hehehehe, here I come!" He ran excitedly toward the bathhouse. Strangely, he didn't enter through the front door. Instead, he went all the way around to the backyard.
"Over there! There's a gap where I can see inside. Whoa, so pale, so big. That's right, spread your legs a little wider... This'll give me inspiration for my novel."
He crouched beside the wooden fence outside the bathhouse, peering through a gap between the slats. From his muttering, it wasn't hard to tell that the other side of the fence was a women's bathhouse.
As he watched the scenery inside the fence and jotted something down in the notebook in his hand, a voice suddenly rang out behind him, making him jump.
"Hey, who are you? Why are you skulking around over there? Stand up and turn around to face us, now."
The white-haired man followed the order and stood up. Turning around, he found three shinobi behind him, wearing Konoha's green tactical vests and Konoha Forehead Protectors.
The three newcomers were members of the Konoha Military Police Force, out patrolling the streets. They had spotted a strangely dressed man acting suspiciously by the roadside and followed him.
