Across from him, Nagato had Deva Path Pain take Konan farther away. Then he came alone before the Nine-Tails Fox and looked up at its enormous, sky-blocking form.
Shisui looked down at Nagato from above.
"Tell me, what's this deal you mentioned?"

"Then what's the price? What can you offer?" Shisui and the Nine-Tails Fox stared down at Nagato in unison, the menace in their eyes unmistakable.
"I'm willing to offer one Rinnegan in exchange." Nagato offered an extremely enticing bargaining chip.
To show his sincerity, Nagato continued, "And I can tell you everything there is to know about these eyes."
"What? You're willing to offer what?" Even Shisui hadn't expected the other man to put forward such an important bargaining chip.
