Child of Light vs. Body Flicker Shisui

Within the Army of Shadows' Konoha

Shisui Uchiha and Cú Chulainn raced side by side.

As they sped along, Shisui continuously flung shuriken, probing Cú Chulainn's strength.

But to his surprise, the shuriken strangely veered off just as they were about to touch Cú Chulainn. Their originally tricky angles became ordinary, and Cú Chulainn merely shifted slightly to evade them.

"There's no need for pointless probing. Since Iori sent you to stop me, then in his eyes, you certainly won't be easily defeated by me." Cú Chulainn's face was filled with fighting spirit. Though he was dissatisfied with his circumstances, that had nothing to do with the battle before him.

Especially after Iori told him that he need not resist the Command Spell and could fight to his heart's content, he naturally cast aside his previous thoughts and threw himself fully into battle.

"Understood, Sir Cú Chulainn. Then allow me to introduce myself. I am Shisui Uchiha, vice minister of Konoha's military department and a jonin of the Uchiha clan." Shisui nodded and came to a stop, revealing the same eager smile. He too had longed for an opponent against whom he could fight with all his strength.

The village's ninja were all comrades, so there was simply no way for him to go all out against them.

"I am Cú Chulainn, son of the sun god Lugh and knight of the Red Branch Knights." Cú Chulainn likewise announced his name as he stood facing Shisui.

In the forest outside Konoha, Shisui Uchiha's gaze met Cú Chulainn's beneath the moonlight, like two sharp swords clashing.

A night wind swept past, carrying the forest's whispers and the rustle of leaves. A fallen leaf spun through the air, drifting slowly down until it softly touched the ground.
