On July 31, a Barbarian merchant caravan rolled in grand procession through the gates of Abadi, the City of Commerce in the Hindukush Basin. In name, the goods brought by this caravan from the Gallop Plains were iron ore, iron ingots, and Magic Pattern Plate substrates under this season's contract.
However, some of Abadi's great houses had received word that this caravan carried certain Magic Pattern specialties from Night-Kirin City, and could be considered a semi-official trade delegation of the Gallop Family.
And the ones receiving this trade delegation were Abadi's most important family: the Camel-folk Duleqizi Family. The Daddy Camel Tavern that Landen had entered back then had been named after the head of their family: Shahman Duleqizi.
The caravan was also staying at an inn owned by the Camel Family this time, the Basin Oasis Hotel. This hotel had branches in nearly all nine city-states of the Hindukush Basin.
