"Someone likes playing with Hydras, huh~" The voice of Lucoa, God of Life, continued to ring out around Frost-Wolf. "Then let's play along. Use your own magic to experience what it feels like to become a Hydra."
At first, Gleia didn't understand what the Ancient God meant. But as the enormous Magic Array formed beneath their feet and magic surged up from the bottom of the lake, the three cores shifted into position at the same time. Dragon Girl's core transformed the immense magical power into Dragon School magic, Blaze's core used Wind School magic to shape the black magical elements, and Frost-Wolf's core stabilized the Magic Array on the ice.
As the three of them completely merged their Magic Fields into the black cloud of Dragon School magic, they simultaneously felt something mysterious. Everyone could sense all the matter and magical elements within the cloud: the envious looks of the Elf Knights nearby, and Fang and Blue Frost watching from the lakeshore.
"Wow, is this what it's like to enter the Magic Web?" Totapara, still only a Mid-level Magic Beast, suddenly had this thought.
Gleia hadn't realized they were communicating through their Magic Fields. Instead, she instinctively thought, The Magic Web isn't this clear, but you can sense things farther away, and there's so much more to it!
