Inside the castle belonging to the Gallop Family in White Tree City stood a Magic Potion workshop. Wellis, a Junior Mage, had just finished brewing five potions to enhance Magic Perception.

The girl set the potion bottles on a test-tube rack, then walked over to a nearby window to admire the scenery of White Tree City.
Some parts of the city outside still billowed with smoke. Two days earlier, remnants of several former major slave owners had launched a rebellion, only to be completely wiped out by the Griffin Knight Order from the Royal Capital.
Although the streets still bore signs of ruins and devastation, the city had cleared away its accumulated ills and was coming to life again.
"It may not compare to Night-Kirin City, but at least it's recovering!" Wellis said with a smile as she watched the busy crowds in the streets.
Familiar footsteps sounded outside the room. Soon, Dandelion opened the door to the workshop. Seeing Wellis resting by the window, she smiled and asked, "You mean you've already finished brewing them?"
"Of course! Your ingredients were excellent. If people use these potions sparingly, they should be enough to help five or six people become Apprentices!" Wellis said with a smile. "They must have cost you quite a lot of points, right?"
These potions were best suited to ordinary Mana-Wielders. They enhanced their perception of mana, making it easier for them to become Mages or Priests.
The ingredients for the potions weren't particularly rare, but preparing the three intermediate reagents required skill approaching that of a Senior Mage. As a result, the Perception potions available on the market all came from the major families.
In Wellis's view, ordinary major families would only dump their leftover scraps on the Black Market. Only Gallop Academy could have
