However, if a large number of unrelated individuals were to perform the same action simultaneously, even a fool would realize that a mastermind was orchestrating it. This certainly wasn't something "Ying" did, and those behind-the-scenes organizations would know it wasn't their own people either; they would easily cast their suspicions onto the Swarm.

"Ying" has operated within the Star Sea Alliance for many years, and it is quite possible that it has planted many of its "own people" within those very organizations. It would surely receive news of this quickly, and in doing so, the Swarm would become the target of everyone's ire.

At the same time, the vast number of Seeds planted by the Swarm would be exposed. The question of how the Swarm managed to control these unrelated individuals would certainly pique the interest of those with ulterior motives. The intelligence network that the Swarm worked so hard to build would likely be destroyed in an instant. No matter how one looks at it, the Swarm taking direct action in this matter is a foolish move that hurts the enemy by a hundred while damaging itself by eight thousand.

Compared to these losses, it seems a better choice to ignore such distractions and simply fight every battle according to the original plan.
