"Captain, we can't just sit around waiting. That thing is like a ticking time bomb on this ship. Who knows what it'll sabotage next? If it manages to infiltrate the command bridge, the damage would be catastrophic."

"We don't have many options. We can't exactly use the Z1s to sweep the ship inch by inch."

"Of course not. There aren't enough of them to form a blockade. Even the areas we've already cleared aren't necessarily safe."

"Leave that to the Captain to worry about. Gwendolyn, upload the mission report!"

"Acknowledged."

"Look out, Kari!" Just as the team began to relax, thinking the mission was over, Gale shouted a warning.

Before the words even faded, a loud boom echoed through the corridor. Kari, who had been scanning the wall, never expected a translucent tentacle to burst out from the surface. If not for the blue Electric Arc flickering along it, it would have been nearly impossible to spot.

The electromagnetic force accelerated the strike. The unsuspecting Z2 robot was pierced clean through as the sharp tip of the tentacle drove into its chassis. A flash of blue electricity followed, and a powerful electromagnetic pulse instantly fried all of the Z2's defensive systems.
