If they came to maintain order, they would be utterly useless.

Through their close contact over this period, the alien races had all witnessed the Zerg's efficiency and execution. Even those who harbored the deepest prejudices against the Zerg would not believe that they would do something meaningless.

In the virtual meeting room, the upper echelons and staff officers of the alien races had gathered together. The Zerg had not revoked their access privileges or overly restricted their freedom, allowing them to remain in contact through these immersive virtual meetings.

"But the Zerg are still directing them from behind the scenes. Even if these biochemical units lack independent consciousness, if they were about to do something excessive and the Zerg believed they were in the wrong, the Zerg would be fully capable of stopping them."
