Uchiha Tsuki once again shook the Shinobi World, intimidating countless ninja villages and shinobi.
The reason was that, in Konoha's war against Kirigakure, Uchiha Tsuki had wiped out Kirigakure, one of the Five Great Ninja Villages, eliminating nearly ninety percent of its shinobi!

Then, after letting Mei Terumi leave with hatred filling her eyes, Uchiha Tsuki remained alone in the camp and examined the state of the shinobi forces under his command. Without question, while ninety percent of Kirigakure's shinobi had died and the village itself had fallen, the Uchiha clan's elite forces under Uchiha Tsuki had also suffered devastating losses. Of the two entire elite Uchiha units, more than ninety percent had perished. Only three or four elite Uchiha remained alive.
