The Cause of the Third War

"Uchiha Yue, what's wrong?"

The plan to break out of the Land of Wind was about to begin when Mei Terumi suddenly noticed Uchiha Yue standing there with a frown. Perplexed, she walked over to his side and asked.

After hearing Mei Terumi's question, Uchiha Yue frowned and pondered for a moment before saying, "Mei Terumi, it seems our earlier plan to assassinate the Sunagakure ninja guarding the medicinal fields inadvertently helped Sunagakure. Right now, an unidentified ninja force is advancing toward Sunagakure's medicinal fields. If I'm not mistaken, that force intends to sever Sunagakure's lifeline and destroy the medicinal fields they built here!"

"Oh? Is that so?"

Hearing Uchiha Yue's words, Mei Terumi raised her brows slightly, then smiled. "Now that's interesting! Some time ago, when we assassinated the Sunagakure ninja guarding the medicinal fields, Sunagakure happened to redeploy the troops guarding the Land of Wind's border to heavily protect their lifeline—the medicinal fields. Now that this unidentified ninja force has come, they're going to hit a hard wall! If we had the time, I'd really like to see how those Sunagakure people fight that mysterious ninja force!"

"Yeah, unfortunately, we don't have the time!"

As soon as Mei Terumi finished speaking, Uchiha Yue considered it briefly and said, "All right, Mei Terumi. Since someone is attacking Sunagakure's lifeline, we have an even better chance of breaking out through the border of the Land of Wind. Let's head for the border now! We only have three days. If we can't reach the border within three days, our breakout plan will fail as well!"

"Stop rambling and let's go!"

"Fine!"

As Uchiha Yue said this, Mei Terumi nodded without the slightest hesitation. Then, she concealed her tracks alongside Uchiha Yue and headed toward the border of the Land of Wind.
