Darui's ninjutsu came too suddenly. The Storm Release formed lasers that closed in on their target in the blink of an eye. An attack at light speed simply could not be dodged!

"Omoi! How are you? You're bleeding so much!" Karui rushed over and helped the fallen Omoi up, pressing both hands against his continuously bleeding wounds in an attempt to stop the blood. But there were too many wounds, and they had pierced straight through his body. There was no way to staunch them.
"So cold... Looks like I'll be dead soon!" The massive blood loss had turned Omoi's originally dark skin somewhat pale. "How strange. I usually can't help but overthink things, but now that I'm about to die, I'm not as scared as I thought I'd be!"
