Naruto said impatiently, "Let's bump fists. I need to talk to Kokuō. Oh, that's the Five-Tails, the tailed beast inside you."
Realization dawned on Han. "So you're here to see my teacher! You should've said so sooner."
Naruto froze for a moment, then asked, "Teacher? You mean the Five-Tails Kokuō inside you is your teacher?"
Han replied, "Yes, he's my teacher. He's the one who taught me this breathing method."
This was the first time Naruto had heard of a jinchuriki taking the tailed beast inside them as a teacher, and his curiosity stirred. But on further thought, it wasn't that strange. After all, Kokuō had the gentlest temper of the Nine Tailed Beasts. Though he yearned for freedom, he had never let anger make him lose sight of who he was.
After bumping fists with Han, Naruto entered the tailed beast's Mental Space. There, in Han's sealing space, he met Kokuō. Unlike the other tailed beasts, Kokuō had no seals on his body at all. In other words, he could leave whenever he wanted.
Seeing Naruto and the Nine-Tails, Kokuō said, "Kurama, you're here. I've been waiting for you."
The Nine-Tails replied, "Yes, I'm here. I've found the person the old man spoke of. Now I need some of your chakra."
Kokuō smiled. "The wait is finally over. Take it." With that, he extended a hoof and bumped it against the Nine-Tails' fist. Immediately afterward, the flame at the tip of another tail behind the Nine-Tails flared to life.
After leaving the sealing space, Naruto looked at Han and asked, "This breathing method of yours seems to absorb natural chakra, right?"
