Jiraiya brought Naruto's clone to Mount Myōboku. Looking around curiously, the clone asked, "Pervy Sage, is this Mount Myōboku?"

Jiraiya nodded. "Yes, this is Mount Myōboku."

Naruto surveyed his surroundings with interest. Just then, the ground shook. He turned to look behind him and spotted Gamabunta. He hadn't expected to see him here and exclaimed in surprise, "Boss Toad, what are you doing here?"

Gamabunta saw Naruto and said, "Oh, it's you, Naruto. The Fourth Hokage summoned me a little while ago. I just got back."

Naruto asked in confusion, "Dad? Boss Toad, why did my dad summon you?"

"Just a few petty crooks. Nothing for you to worry about," Gamabunta replied.

Naruto thought it over and agreed. With Minato's strength, ordinary ninja couldn't possibly hurt him. Even if he encountered a ninja he couldn't defeat, escaping unscathed would still be easy for him, so Naruto put the matter out of his mind.

After parting with Gamabunta, Naruto followed Jiraiya to the Toad Sage's dwelling. Jiraiya brought Naruto before him to pay their respects. Looking as though he had just woken up, the Great Toad Sage gazed at them and said, "I had a dream. I dreamed that little Naruto passed through a spacetime wormhole and encountered nine dragons."

Naruto knew about the Great Toad Sage's dreams, so he asked cautiously, "Um, Great Toad Sage, was there anything else?"

"Nothing else," the Great Toad Sage replied.

Naruto was a little disappointed, but he was still happy. His agreement with Heaven Slayer was that Heaven Slayer would send him to another world, where an opportunity awaited him. This meant Heaven Slayer would keep his promise and send him there. Those nine dragons were probably the opportunity Heaven Slayer had mentioned.

Naruto smiled. "Thanks, Great Toad Sage!"

Jiraiya suddenly rapped Naruto on
