The Third Hokage and the others were utterly stunned as they stared at the person before them. "Orochimaru, what exactly is going on?" the Third Hokage asked.
Orochimaru smiled. "It's just as you see. I created this person using Hashirama cells, but he has no soul. As for that black Nine-Tails, Naruto brought him back from the Azure Continent, and he had no soul either. However, the Nine-Tails inside Naruto injected his own chakra and a small soul fragment into this black Nine-Tails, then we sealed the black Nine-Tails inside the clone I created. Of course, the Nine-Tails entered willingly. Since the clone itself had no soul, the black Nine-Tails' soul became its defining soul once he entered."
By then, all four of them had calmed down. Itachi asked, "What purpose does this serve?"
The Nine-Tails smiled. "Naturally, we did this to deceive the enemies we'll be facing next."
"The enemies we'll be facing next?" Itachi asked in confusion.
"Yes," the Nine-Tails said. "Our upcoming enemies are all after the God Tree: people from the Ōtsutsuki Clan, members of the Akatsuki Organization who are targeting the tailed beasts, and Naruto-or, to be precise, the two personalities inside Naruto."
When the Third Hokage and the Two Advisors heard Naruto included among them, the Third Hokage asked in bewilderment, "Naruto?"
The Nine-Tails nodded. "Yes, Naruto. You heard correctly. Two personalities emerged when Naruto was born. Because Naruto was a reincarnator, he carried an enormous amount of emotion, and those emotions attracted vast quantities of the seven emotions and six desires. All emotions arise from the seven emotions and six desires, and the Shinobi World itself is steeped in them. With Naruto's soul serving as a vessel, they all swarmed into him, forming two extreme personalities."
"So these two personalities are Naruto, but
