On a military ship from the Land of Lightning, a large group of soldiers and Cloud Ninja had surrounded one man. Their expressions were far from friendly, but they were not exactly hostile either.

This was certainly not because of their mild temperaments. It was simply because the man they had surrounded was now a notoriously monstrous figure in the ninja world, and they had no choice but to tread carefully.
