Fran's arrangements were quickly carried out. Those who had been sleeping in the ruins or living in houses on the verge of collapse gradually came out.

The most eye-catching were the areas with tents. Some people who appeared to be well-traveled merchants emerged from them. Their clothes were not particularly clean, but the materials were of high quality.

When the mages went to find these merchants, their reactions were the strongest. Joy appeared on their faces, and the corners of their eyes lifted, as though they had encountered some tremendous stroke of fortune.

Then came the Artisans whose living conditions were slightly better. Upon hearing that this place had been designated as The Alliance's territory, they actually burst into tears.
