"Why did it go quiet?" Chen Ge walked up to the room's door and gripped the handle.

He peered through the crack above the door, where the cleaver had hacked into it. The Chef was long gone. All he could see in the gloomy corridor was a Little Girl holding a Rag Doll.

The Child had also appeared in the Cinema. Most of the Rag Doll's face had been burned away, making it terrifying to look at.

Chen Ge used Yin Pupil, but it revealed nothing. The Little Girl didn't give off any aura that made him uneasy, either.

"Did you see anything?" the policeman asked in a low voice. Chen Ge was pressed against the door, his eye to the crack the cleaver had made. He was worried the Chef might take another swing at the door.

"The Chef's gone. This scene must have been arranged by the Haunted House." After speaking, Chen Ge studied everyone's reactions. The "visitors" in the room clearly hadn't expected this to happen, either.

Chen Ge put his weight against the door and was about to try opening it when the policeman stopped him. "The Chef tried to get in just now. It seemed like he ran into something terrifying outside. If you open the door now, whatever he encountered will come into the room."

"But if we don't open it, we'll never know what he saw." Chen Ge was the complete opposite of the other visitors.

"We're in this together. You can ignore your own safety, but you can't drag the rest of us into danger." The policeman panicked and grabbed Chen Ge's arm. He gripped it so hard that there was no way he was pretending.
