The shrine was the biggest secret in this Reincarnation Haunted House. Chen Ge was worried there might be a trap, so he didn't go over to retrieve it himself.
A pale hand reached into the shrine. Xu Yin grabbed the clay statue's body. At the same time, all the "death" characters carved into the shrine's inner walls began to bleed, and strands of blood clung to the statue, as if trying to bind it firmly inside the shrine.
"Go help him."
It took the combined efforts of the Headless Female Ghost and Xu Yin
