Xiao Yi Xian originally wanted to become an alchemist, but her talent prevented her from pursuing that profession, so she became a physician. During a herb-gathering expedition, she met Xiao Yan; after escaping danger together, they lived for a time in a secluded valley in the Monster Mountain Range and became close friends 39 47.

After Xiao Yan left, she traveled to the Chu Yun Empire. People who helped her died, hostile poison masters increasingly surrounded her, and she came to value Xiao Yan as her only friend. She eventually became the Poison Sect’s leader, known as the Heavenly Poison Maiden, and cultivated to Dou Zong.
