Queen Medusa rules the Snake-People Tribe, whose people lack strong souls, inherited knowledge, and an Alchemist capable of evaluating pills. Her first encounter with the jar shop reveals its value when Mo Ba Si tests a Dou King Star-Rising Pill and rises from seven-star to nine-star Dou King. Medusa quickly begins exchanging the tribe's treasures for increasingly costly jars and earns VIP access to the shop. 447 448

A Human-Shaping Pill allows Medusa to transform from her snake-bodied form. During the process, she evolves from a Purple Flame Snake lineage into a Seven-Colored Heaven-Swallowing Python, then returns to a human form without a snake tail. Her evolution draws the attention of Ye Yun, whom she comes to regard as an unfathomably powerful Upper Realm expert. 451 452

Her continued jar openings provide both personal power and resources for her people. The Dou Zong Advancement Pill brings her into the Dou Zong realm, while the Golden Dragon Bloodline Fruit elevates her to peak nine-star Dou Zong. Following her successful transformation, Medusa possesses a fully human form without her former snake tail. During the transformation itself, she first appears with a graceful human torso and a purple-scaled snake tail before evolving further. 451
