Taiichi did as he was told and opened the enormous scroll. From beginning to end, it was densely filled with names, but all of them had faded and lost their luster. Only the final name remained clear: Tsunade.
"Use your blood to write your name on it as well, then leave your handprint at the end." As she spoke, Tsunade turned her back and looked toward distant Konoha.
Taiichi gathered Chakra at the fingertips of his left hand and used the Chakra Scalpel to cut open his right index finger. Using the flowing blood, he wrote his name in the final space on the scroll—Taichi Matsushita—then pressed down his handprint.
After finishing everything, Taiichi rolled up the scroll and said to Tsunade, "Master, I've completed everything."
Hearing that, Tsunade turned back around. Seeing that Taiichi had already packed everything away, she gave a self-mocking smile.
