Back in Kirigakure, Orochimaru had been present and had witnessed the eerie power of that mysterious man's Mangekyō.

If Uchiha Genya's strength had not been so absurdly overwhelming, even Orochimaru himself probably would have had no way to deal with that intangibility ability that could nullify attacks.

He had been exceedingly envious of such a rare Mangekyō.

"It's enough that you understand. The Kamui Dimensions are connected. If you use Kamui, there's a good chance you'll draw that person's attention. If he comes after you, you may have some trouble."

"If anything happens to Hozuki Castle, which Konoha invested heavily in, I'll hold you accountable."
