At the same time, black fur surged from beneath his skin, spreading over his entire body and turning the once-cute, goofy little boy into something completely different—a gigantic, black-furred Great Ape.
Everyone except Zhou Zilong grew frightened.
"Roar! Roar! Roar!" After transforming, Little Goku smashed through the walls of the tiny place where they were trapped. He began swinging his arms wildly and roaring.
With a crash, Great Ape Little Goku swung a fist down at the roof of a building that stood slightly shorter than him. Unable to withstand the blow, the roof immediately caved in.

"If it weren't for you, Goku wouldn't have ended up like this," Bulma and Iris complained.
"I didn't know! If I'd known looking at the moon would do this to him, I'd never have let him look!" Oolong protested.
As they spoke, Little Goku swung another fist down toward the group. Zhou Zilong immediately scooped up Bulma and dodged to the side.
Meanwhile, Iris couldn't get out of the way in time and was pinned under a large rock from the collapsing structure. She managed to pull her foot free, but it looked like she had sprained her ankle.
But Little Goku had lost his reason and didn't care. He immediately swung another punch at them.
If Iris took that hit, she would die on the spot.
Seeing this, Bulma, whom Zhou Zilong had carried to safety, immediately urged him to go rescue Iris, who had become her best friend.
"Phew!" Just then, Yamcha—still suffering from his fear of women—took a deep breath before Zhou Zilong could move.
Zhou Zilong stopped at once when he saw this.
"Come on, climb onto my back." After taking a deep breath, Yamcha crouched down.

Meanwhile, back in another room, Pilaf and the others had also woken up because of the noise Little Goku was making. After composing himself, Pilaf immediately said, "Damn it! How dare you wake me, the future king of the world! Mai, Shu, get in there and teach this filthy ape a lesson!"
As soon as he finished speaking, the three of them climbed into a plane and flew toward Little Goku, launching a fierce attack.
But it had no effect. Their weapons were completely useless against Little Goku's steel-hard body. To top it off, Great Ape Little Goku swatted all three of them away with a single slap.
