"Oh no! Prince Vegeta... Prince Vegeta's battle power has dropped to only 4,500!" Raditz shuddered violently, his face turning increasingly ghastly.

Soya frowned slightly, also observing that Vegeta's battle power had fallen to 4,500.

"As expected of Lord Cui!" Soya nodded vigorously. "This is Battle God Water I accidentally obtained from a certain planet! There is only this one barrel. Drink one mouthful and your Battle Power doubles! Drink two mouthfuls and it triples, three mouthfuls and it quadruples... and so on! Exactly how many times it multiplies depends on your own physical constitution!"

"Oh? Is there such a thing?" Cui's eyes widened in surprise, and he even wanted to snatch the big barrel of water away immediately.

Raditz stood to the side, grinning and secretly amused.

Is this guy Soya planning to scam this toad?
