Though he was far away from them, Li Feng's heightened senses let him hear their conversation. He explained.
"W-what? A Super Saiyan? Isn't that just a legend, someone who appears only once every thousand years? How can they really exist?"
Vegeta had heard him and was shocked once again. He never thought the rumor could be true.
"It's nothing special. As long as Saiyans train hard, they can all become Super Saiyans."
Li Feng said it casually.
"Ha! Ah! Ha! Ah--"
A battered figure emerged from the smoke in the sky.
Frieza was still alive!
But he looked utterly miserable. A large section of his tail had been severed, his left arm hung limp with an obvious fracture, and his body was covered in wounds. He was barely clinging to life.
