[Choose one of the following rewards:

1. Destructo Disc (Perfect)

2. Ki Control (Mastery 666/1000)

3. Future Memory]

"First one!" Saigo chose the first reward without hesitation.

[ Ding~ Selection successful! Congratulations, Host, you have obtained a new skill—Destructo Disc (Perfect). Check the "Skills" tab for details.]

He deftly opened the Personal Information Panel.

Then he found the [Skills] tab.

He clicked "Destructo Disc," and several lines of text immediately appeared.

[Destructo Disc requires a high level of proficiency in Ki Control;

A Perfect-level Destructo Disc can cut targets up to four battle-power levels above the user;

You can freely control every Destructo Disc you launch, up to a maximum of 18 discs;

You can combine multiple discs into one or split one into three. Combining them increases their power, while splitting one into three reduces it.]

"No wonder it's a divine technique among mortals!" After reading the skill description, Saigo couldn't help exclaiming, "A Perfect-level Destructo Disc can damage opponents four battle-power levels above the user. No wonder even someone as powerful as Frieza uses this move! It really is incredible!"

"I have to say, Krillin's talent for martial arts is pretty good, too. It's just that his race and limited potential held him back. Otherwise, he'd definitely be in the top tier of the main cast!"

Saigo hadn't expected to raise the Destructo Disc's proficiency to Perfect with just one simulation.

He'd thought he could only reach Mastery at most, but he'd actually made it all the way to Perfect.

That put him in an excellent mood.

"Keep going!"

"There are still 234 attempts!"

"May every skill go as smoothly as Destructo Disc did. Better yet, may they all reach Perfect in one try!"

Saigo prayed silently.

Then he began another round of simulations.

After four hours, Saigo had finally used up all his simulation attempts. As he'd hoped, he'd also raised every skill he already had to Perfect.

He'd even raised Instant Transmission to Perfect, as shown below.

Skills:

Ki Control (Perfect): Can freely control the intensity of one's visible ki, lowering one's battle power to as little as 0.01. As long as one doesn't lose one's reason, one can perfectly control and use the energy within one's body.

Ki Sense (Perfect): Can sense a target's biological energy anywhere in the same universe. To pinpoint a target's location, one must first remember its biological energy signature.

Combat (Perfect): Can dodge, defend against, and counter attacks from opponents whose strength is no more than twice one's own.

Super Ki Blast (Perfect): Temporarily increases the skill's power by four times when used and allows its direction to be freely controlled.

Flight Technique (Perfect): Uses very little energy, flies extremely fast, and makes almost no sound while in flight.

Artificial Moon (Perfect): Can instantly create an artificial moon at very little cost. The artificial moon can last for up to six hours.

Secret Techniques:

Instant Transmission (Perfect): Within the same universe, can instantly lock onto a target's energy signature, regardless of its intensity. As long as the target is alive, its energy can be detected, allowing the user to teleport near it.

After the simulations, Saigo gazed at his several Perfect-level skills and one Perfect-level Instant Transmission. His heart felt as sweet as honey.

He couldn't help praising them. "Perfect-level skills and secret techniques look so pleasing to the eye! Absolutely perfect!"

He checked the time and realized more than two hours had passed.

"Crap! I've lost the time it takes a Giant Kun to fly by!"

"Back to training! I'm still weak!"

"Until every skill reaches Perfect, I'll train under 50 times gravity every day!"

"Let's do this!"

Saigo briskly put away the Personal Information Panel, got out of bed, took care of his bodily needs in a hurry, then plunged into the Gravity Chamber and began his day's training.

In the days that followed, Saigo was so absorbed in simulations and training that he seemed unable to pull himself free from a quagmire.

Time flew.

In the blink of an eye, 45 days had passed.

Saigo had finally raised the proficiency of some of the secret techniques and superpowers he currently possessed to Perfect.

Secret Techniques:

Potential Guidance (Perfect): Can raise a target's battle power by up to 20 times, provided the target has sufficient potential. With ample stamina and a clear mind, the user can guide the potential of 12 targets in a row.

He had only 168 simulation attempts left to improve the Spirit Refining Method.

Spirit Refining Method (Proficiency 4573/10,000)

Superpowers:

Telekinesis (Perfect): Can control anything within sight with a single thought, without needing to gesture. Telekinetic attacks are extremely fast. A target whose strength is no more than twice the user's cannot dodge them.

Ball of Confinement (Perfect): Can trap anything within sight with a single thought. The target can neither move nor speak.

Unless the target is more than twice as strong as the user, it cannot break free.

In the real world,

Saigo had trained under 50 times Planet Saiyan's gravity for 45 days, increasing his battle power by another 11.25 million.

His total battle power in his base form had reached 15.73826 billion.

Now that he'd turned five, he finally had a little ability to protect himself.

May 1.

It was just after dawn.

The area around one of the launch pads at the Spaceship Launch Center on Planet Saiyan was packed with people. Some had even taken to the sky.

Every eye was fixed on the small spaceship atop the launch pad. More precisely, they were all watching the figure standing in front of it, their gazes burning with excitement.

Even after the ship shot into the sky, the crowd still refused to leave.

The small spaceship, built to break through Planet Saiyan's atmosphere, could carry 100 passengers.

Saigo, Broly, and Tarble were aboard, along with Salza and his 11 subordinates, making 15 people in all.

With Vegeta III and the others seeing them off, the small spaceship departed Planet Saiyan and headed toward Namek.

Inside the spaceship,

"Salza, can you speak the Namekian language?" Saigo asked, gazing out the window at the beautiful stars, without turning around.

Salza replied without hesitation, "Your Majesty King Saigao, I can speak the Namekian language, and I'm quite fluent!"

No wonder he was a language prodigy who knew 7,000 languages spoken by different races throughout the universe. He even knew the Namekian language!

Saigo praised him silently, then asked tentatively, "Can you speak the Language of the Gods?"

He turned around and looked at Salza with hopeful eyes.

Salza looked bewildered. He quickly searched his memory, but confirmed he hadn't learned any language called the "Language of the Gods," or even heard of one. He could only give an apologetic yet curious look and say,

"I'm very sorry! None of the languages I've learned is the 'Language of the Gods.' What language do you mean, Your Majesty King Saigao? I've never heard of it."

Tarble and Broly were also curious about the "Language of the Gods" Saigo had mentioned, and both stared at him with eager, inquisitive eyes.

A flicker of disappointment crossed Saigo's eyes. Then he thought about it and realized it was only natural that Salza didn't know the Language of the Gods.

"The Language of the Gods is spoken only by deities, so it's normal that you don't know it," Saigo explained, then asked, "By the way, Salza, I heard you know 7,000 languages spoken by different races throughout the universe. Is that true?"
