King Kai's Planet!
"The nearest habitable planet to Three-Eyed Star?" North Kai's antenna twitched as he began searching for a planet near Three-Eyed Star that could support the Three-Eyed Tribe.
Some might wonder: if Son Gohan had the Seventh Universe Star Chart in his mind, why didn't he search for one himself?
Well, it wasn't the same. North Kai could detect a planet's environment and tell whether it had a native population!
Son Gohan couldn't do that! If he searched on his own, he'd have to check every planet one by one!
North Kai searched carefully!
Sun Wukong walked over and said, "Gohan, from your description, I have a strange feeling I've heard of them before!"
"Hmph, that bald guy with three eyes!" Piccolo reminded him.
"Right! Tien Shinhan. The Three-Eyed Aliens you mentioned sound exactly like Tien Shinhan! Could Tien be an alien, too?" Piccolo's reminder shattered the last of Sun Wukong's doubts.
"Dad, that could be it! But once I've taken care of everything, how about I take him there?" Son Gohan asked Sun Wukong what he thought.
"Sure. You haven't met Krillin and the others, either. They're all friends of mine. Once I'm done training and you've finished what you need to do, we'll go together!" Sun Wukong said.
"Ding!"
"Found one. A planet a thousand light-years north of Three-Eyed Star. Its environment is extremely similar, and although it orbits two stars, they're far enough away that the temperature doesn't differ much. It's also a newly formed planet, with no intelligent life!" Not long after they began talking, North Kai's antenna twitched as he found a suitable destination for them!
"A thousand light-years? That's pretty far! I wonder if their spaceships are fast," Son Gohan said with a frown.
"Don't worry. The route to the new planet is perfectly safe, with no black holes or anything like that. Even if their ships aren't very fast, they'll get there safely," King Kai said.
"Thank you, King Kai. Sorry for the trouble—could you give me the coordinates?" Son Gohan thanked him and asked for the coordinates.
North Kai took a piece of paper and wrote the coordinates in the Three-Eyed Aliens' script.
"I'll be off, then. Bye!" Son Gohan vanished with Instant Transmission.
"That kid's always in such a rush!" King Kai shook his head.
"He's still a kid, after all. What he's managed so far has already exceeded my expectations!" Sun Wukong replied.
"Hmph, a kid? You can't even beat your own kid!" Piccolo mocked him.
"Even if I can't beat him, he's still my son. Hehe!" Sun Wukong wasn't angry at all. In fact, he looked extremely proud!
"Pah! Come on, fight me!" Piccolo flew into a rage and attacked at once.
"Bring it on! Clang!"
Piccolo launched a vicious side kick at Sun Wukong's left cheek. Sun Wukong reacted in time and raised an arm to block it!
The moment they clashed, the impact rang out like steel striking steel and sent waves of force rippling outward!
"Hey, hey, hey! Take it up into the sky! My poor planet can't take any more hits!" King Kai shouted at them.
Piccolo shot into the sky, and Sun Wukong followed right behind him!
Three-Eyed Star!
"These are the coordinates for the new planet, though it's a bit far away—one thousand light-years," Son Gohan said.
"That's not far at all! Our ancestors gathered plenty of technology to increase our speed in preparation for this day. At full speed, we can make it in three years!" Sky-Eye King was overjoyed!
Ever since he took the throne, he'd been worrying about the fate of his people. He was afraid the Three-Eyed God Clan would be destroyed under his rule, and the worry had kept him awake night after night.
Now that they'd found a new home, he could hardly contain his excitement!
"Then hurry and leave. Once everyone's gone, I'll take care of it myself!" Son Gohan instructed him.
"Yes. Give me three days!"
For those three days, Son Gohan remained in the vacuum of space, observing the star.
Spaceships rose into the sky one after another, breaking through the atmosphere and heading into outer space. They filled the sky as far as the eye could see!
In preparation for this day, the Three-Eyed Clan had built more than ten thousand spaceships, each comparable in size to the moon!
They even had complete ecosystems. Even if they failed to find a new home, they could survive safely for more than a hundred years!
One spaceship after another waited quietly behind Son Gohan.
At last, the final spaceship, twice the size of the moon, rose into space!
Son Gohan instantly transported himself inside.
It was Sky-Eye King's ship!
"Little friend, all our people are aboard the ships. You can begin!" Grand Elder looked back at Three-Eyed Star with reluctance.
"Don't worry. The star's destruction doesn't mean Three-Eyed Star will be destroyed. A new star may form in this system someday. Three-Eyed Star is only entering a long Ice Age," Son Gohan said, seeing the reluctance in Grand Elder, Sky-Eye King, and the others.
"We're being sentimental. We owe you a great deal for your help! The Three-Eyed Tribe will be your most loyal ally from now on. If there's ever anything you need, I'll never refuse!" Sky-Eye King thanked Son Gohan and assured him of their sincerity.
"Don't mention it. We'll meet again. I'm about to begin. If you want to watch, go ahead," Son Gohan said, then faded from view.
When he appeared again, he was in the vacuum of space!
"My king, I thought Saiyans couldn't survive in the vacuum of space," Right Minister said, puzzled.
"Since he can get in touch with North Kai, surviving in space is a trivial matter for him. Now, let's keep watching. Perhaps this time we'll finally see just how powerful he is!" Sky-Eye King said, then watched Son Gohan closely.
Son Gohan understood Sky-Eye King's thoughts, of course. He didn't mind showing off a little, either—to give Sky-Eye King one final reassurance!
"Then I'll show you a Super Saiyan! This is the first time one has ever appeared before the world!" Son Gohan said to himself.
The muscles all over his body bulged as a tremendous energy began to erupt from within him!
At the same time, Sky-Eye King's spaceship began scanning Son Gohan's power level!
"Beep, beep... Ten million... Fifty million... One hundred million... Warning, warning. The target exceeds the Scouter's limit." The Scouter had reached its limit.
"Stop it now, or it'll explode!" Sky-Eye King called out in alarm.
The technicians below quickly stopped the scan.
Boom!!!!
Sound couldn't travel through the vacuum of space, but the shock waves from Son Gohan's terrifying aura shook their spaceship!
Golden aura, golden hair, green eyes!!! And an overwhelming sense of pressure!
"To trigger a collapse without destroying it outright... I can only damage the star's inner core!" Son Gohan thought for a moment, then began gathering energy!
He raised his right hand and braced his wrist with his left, extending his right index and middle fingers together like a sword!
Energy gathered at his fingertips, forming a golden orb the size of a bean!
The translucent ball of energy grew denser and denser!
"Star Piercer!!"
A thin but tightly focused beam shot out in an instant, piercing straight into the star's core!
The cooled core began to heat up again, triggering an explosion!
But for a star of such immense mass, the explosion was relatively weak. Still, it served as a catalyst, triggering a collapse within the star!
The sunspots erupted more violently, and the star began to flicker!
All the matter started collapsing, gathering toward the core.
In moments, the star had grown smaller and dimmer. The explosion Son Gohan had worried about never came!
Once all the matter had collapsed and condensed, a piece of dark, solid metal appeared at the center. It was the Thunder Steel Son Gohan needed!
Thunder Steel could only form when matter inside a star collapsed and condensed. If the star exploded, all the matter would disappear, scattering into the vacuum of space!
The collapse of the star made the Three-Eyed Aliens' eyes contract in shock!
Son Gohan used Instant Transmission to appear in front of the Thunder Steel and lifted it with one hand. The irregular chunk was ten meters across, yet so heavy that even as a Super Saiyan, Son Gohan found it extremely difficult to lift!
That showed just how dense Thunder Steel was! Melting it down to make a Gravity Chamber would probably be a problem, too!
But that was a problem for the genius scientist Bulma to handle!
"Until we meet again, Gohan!" Sky-Eye King's spaceship sent him a message directly into his mind!
"Until we meet again," Son Gohan mouthed in farewell.
Whoosh, whoosh!!!
More than ten thousand spaceships accelerated, turning into streaks of light as they sped away!
Son Gohan dragged the Thunder Steel with him and vanished with Instant Transmission!
